LIONS

While at Victoria Falls, we took a short trip to Zambia for the Lion Encounter, in which you can walk with lions and pet lions and be licked by lions and apparently not take a lion home in your duffel bag.  This is theoretically for some kind of conservation mission to help animals born in captivity get used to being in the wild, which I don’t quite understand unless they are training them to be safari drivers, but I don’t care because I got to PAT A LION.  This is also the point at which I trained a lion to enjoy the taste of Steve, and in which my mother learned that while lions are very affectionate, they don’t like the taste of her favorite hand cream.

No one was eaten in the filming of this part of the trip.
