The Haa ValleyThe Haa is the most direct route to Tibet, so the Indian army has taken control of the local dzong to keep an eye on incursions from China. They've painted a bright blue, so perhaps it's a fair trade. Lovely hiking paths, and our resort is carefully guarded by unbelievably cute Bhutanese sheepdog pups.
